P/ups are black double blade Barden style, but more likely to be Bill Lawrence, I think, with the Godin logo in white on them. Maple cap has been left uncoloured on the sides, PRS-style, to create a bound-edge look. I'll see if I can get a picture up of it in the next few days, but for now I'll tell you that its 70's tele shaped, (i.e flatter top horn, like 70's Customs), its constructed LP style with a carved figured burred maple top in tobacco s/burst, on top of who-knows-what wood beneath, has a maple neck with ebony fingerboard, gold simple Schaller style bridge and tuners, and two pickups mounted straight into the body, no pickguard or control plate. (I'll e-mail Godin, but I'd really appreciate your opinions).

Problem is, I'm still not exactly sure what I bought! Theres nothing about the model on the Godin website, and there's nothing vaguely like it on e-bay at the moment. I bought, on the spur of the moment, there and then, a Godin Artisan TC Tele-style axe, because for the money, I just thought it looked, played and sounded great. Hi guys and gals, - just did something very out of character a couple of days ago.
